Long Beach Family greets Miles

Lil Miles just had his first photo session with the whole family!  A special treat was his big brother coming down to visit for a first introduction. I’m so glad I was able to capture these moments for the family just before Miles’ brother had to leave again!  This is what I punched out from our time together.

His name is Nick, too!  We had to stop.

C Salt Gourmet and South Coast Rep

Courtney’s delictables at a fancy-member’s-only-opening- night party at the South Coast Repertory. It was a hit! That table was cleared out in less than five minutes. Rose petal truffle…yum! Thanks to Lauren Hovey for putting this all together.

Dylan turns 1!

What a fun lil party!  Dylan did well on his first birthday celebration.  You could tell he didn’t understand why so many people were there to see him; but nonetheless, he warmed up to the festivities and cheer.  Favorite release of anxiety=Dylan going full force into the cake!  Can’t wait to see you grow mister Dylan. ♥

mister Max, miss Kira, and Kim

Last Sunday I had the great opportunity to meet this wonderful family for the ultimate Huntington Beach shoot.  I started at their house and immediately fell for Kira and Max, we started out with plenty of giggles and tickles.  We all then piled in the car, paid $4 for valet parking at Dukes (thanks Kim for showing me your trick!) and ran wild above and below the pier.  We had so much fun that we decided to continue on along Main Street and get some candy and some eats.  Thank you so much miss Kira and mister Max, and of course, mamma Kim, for sharing a day in your life with me, I had such a blast!

Monique & Marc; Engagement Session at the Claremont Colleges

Wow, I must say what fun this engagement session was!   We met up at Bridges Auditorium, part of Pomona College, in Claremont.  The initial intent was to stay around there, but I think everywhere we turned, there was another spot that would reveal itself.  We found some of the best backdrops were provided by Scripps College.  It’s beautiful doors and windows, as well, architectural details, made for a more interesting scavenger hunt.  We can’t wait to return here for the wedding party shots, right before we head out to party for their reception.  I’m looking forward to being part of their big day, congrats Marc and Mo!

This little blue eyed fella was absolutely charming, I couldn’t stop snappin away. And the parents are just completely adorable, how could they not have such a beautiful baby boy. He’s definitely set in the looks department! I’m can’t wait to see this lil guy grow up into a lil man by capturing all his fun lil moments.
